Evan and Dylan showed up on time, did a wonderful job and are a great model for young men that show quality work ethic. The young men that are a part of the workforce should be commended for their self motivation and commitment to a company. Excellent quality gentlemen, and their parents should be proud! I’m so glad to have chosen Overhead Doors to replace our garage door.
The service people who came were professional, fast, and went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the issue we were having in the moment, they told me how to maintain the garage door so we would have fewer issues going forward.
On time arrival, Rapid diagnosis and fix of issue, along with tune-up of tracks and tension, sprayed lubricant on hinges. Excellent job so that the remote controlled garage door now works smoothly and reliably.
Door suddenly stopped working and Overhesd Doo scheduled an appointment quickly and the techs who came were able to dined the broken part, replace it and get us back in business right away. Will definitely be calling them back later this summer to replace my ancient door too.

The two gentlemen who worked on my door issues which were several including a defective keypad, were amazing. In addition to fixing my problems they oiled my springs and cleaned the electronic eyes at no extra charge. Very helpful in maintaining longterm efficiency of the garage door system!

Chris came on time after I scheduled the service and thoroughly examined the broken spring, then shared with me the potential root cause (without proper lubricating). He also confirmed having the proper part and installed the fix less than one hour. Very professional and friendly. This was my second time to have services from Overhead door company and they did a great job!
They were the installers sent by Home Depot for my door opener install and I cannot say enough about how good the experience went. They contacted me within a few days to schedule the install and had me scheduled for the following week. Installer was on time and had the install done quickly on a very cold day (detached garage with no heat). I would definitely use in the future if I need work done on the second door on the garage.

Not a fun thing to need to replace, but if you need a new door, Overhead was really fantastic. Super friendly and responsive sales rep and then installed and set up in less than a week. Rates were better than all other places and fantastic service. I would definitely recommend.
Not only were Overhead Door of Albany very competitive price wise but they showed up to install when promised. The factory turn around time was the quickest compared to the others and they delivered, important to us getting doors on this new building ASAP. The installation crew did the complete job including framing 3 large doors, extra high clearance tracks, as well as adding a side mounted electric opener for the 8’ ALL in 2 days. The other important reason we went with them was the factory could do 8ft & 10ft doors both with 2’ sections so they looked better next to each other. Two other national brands could only do different size sections, we did not think they would as good as our finished result. I would highly recommend.
We had a problem with a malfunctioning garage door at our residence. After making a call we received prompt service from a friendly technician who quickly resolved the issue at a very fair price. Called for an appointment and scheduled service several days out. I received a call an hour later saying that a crew was freeing up later that day and asked if they could do they work late in the day, They came, diagnosed the problem, had the parts and quickly fixed the door all in the same day I called. That is great service.
I’ve used this company a couple of times for different doors and they were great. Honest and professional, didn’t try to upsell or add any nonsense charges to replace anything that didn’t need to be replaced. I will continue to hire them for any future needs.

I called and spoke with Jeff about a damaged garage that had to be replaced in kind of a rush. He was familiar with the door, ordered it and set up the installation when it came in. The installer came took the old one out and put the new one up. Both guys were great, would definitely use them again.

Called for service. App't made for following day (which was great). Rec'd a call a few hours later that two technicians would be available later that (first) afternoon (which was terrific). The root cause of the problem took a few minutes to diagnose. Worn out top rollers were the cause. The techs were pleasant, efficient, and most helpful. I inherited the garage door (now 26 years old) when I bought the house in 2008. So glad that it is of good quality and easy to fix... and, when service has been needed, Overhead Door Company of Albany was there for the very few repairs that have been needed (the other one was replacing the keypad).

They are very responsive when a repair is needed. They installed our replacement doors. Since then we have needed their help with our garage door openers and the technicians resolved the problem quickly and provided us with a thorough description of what they did. I highly recommend this company
Excellent service. Arrived as promised and even the wind and the rain did stop the service techs from doing a perfect job.
Last year they did a quick repair and I hoped to buy some time until a full replacement of my 25 yr old system. Gear shaft busted off this past weekend so I figured time to replace it all instead of attempt to fix myself. Joy replied to my voicemail quickly and two days later had my new system up and running. Great communication from the office to the service techs. All around satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and call on them again (but hopefully won’t need to for at least another 25 yrs!).

When no other overhead door company would repair our industrial-style roller overhead door, Overhead Door Company of Albany, came, gave us a quote, and fixed the door all within a week. Overhead door did a great job replacing my spring. When I first called, the woman who answered was friendly and professional. She gave me an estimate for the job and was very clear regarding the cost. The technician came on schedule and did an excellent job in making the repair. He also noticed and repaired several other minor items. The price was fair and we are very happy with the excellent work. We will definitely use them again in the future if any other issues arise.

Excellent company to do business with. When my garage door broke, it was on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I put in a form requesting help and they called me at exactly 8AM Monday morning. The technician was booked and was at my house to assist the following day. The tech was able to resolve the issue, replace parts, and got the door working again in less than 2 hours! The J bracket connecting my overhead door to the opener track came apart. The bolts came loose and gave way. A simple 5 minute repair but one I couldn’t do myself. I called several overhead door companies this morning and only Overheard Door of Albany actually answered the phone and gave me a same day window of 1-4 and said the rep would call when he was on his way. Evan called and said he was 12 minutes out around 2 pm. He arrived with a helper and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and mentioned the fix was guaranteed for 1 yr. Excellent experience all around. Thank you.
